Do you want your roofing business to stand out from the crowd? Would you like satisfied customers to spread the word about your skills and service? Are you planning to expand your business and are hungry for referrals? If the answer is yes to any of these questions, then you need to seriously consider registering with TrustMark.
TrustMark is the only Government-endorsed quality scheme that helps consumers find reputable tradesmen, including roofers, to carry out home improvement work in their homes. Being a TrustMark member reassures consumers that they are inviting a reputable tradesman into their home, and not a rogue trader. What’s more, consumers are increasingly looking out for the distinguished TrustMark logo when choosing their tradesmen.
Once you register for TrustMark, your business will be promoted on the TrustMark website – www.trustmark.org.uk – which averages 440,000 tradesmen’s details displayed to the public each month, as well as featuring on a large number of other partners’ websites – such as Trading Standards and Age UK. As well as being able to search for local tradesmen via the TrustMark website, consumers can also leave feedback on the quality of work, covering value, reliability, professionalism, quality of service and worthiness of future recommendation. Furthermore, should homeowners have a problem or disagreement with a TrustMark registered tradesman, there will be a clear and user-friendly complaints procedure to help resolve the issue.
